SHIPPING POLICY (US STORE)

All U.S. and Canada orders are shipped directly from within the United States, ensuring faster delivery.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping rates for Canada will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Preorder items will be processed and shipped according to the estimated dispatch date stated on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence once your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Duties & Taxes

There are no import duties or customs taxes on orders shipped within the U.S.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and/or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Swim Shady USA is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the carrier where possible.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated.
