Refund policy
This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through our US store and is intended to comply with applicable US consumer protection laws.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@swimshadyus.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number and confirmation to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with packaging and tags intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@swimshadyus.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be refunded unless required by law.
Damages and Issues
